Environmental Court and Principle of Good Environmental Governance in Enforcing Environmental Law

Environment dispute settlement carried out by general and administrative court, depends on the object of disputes. Government has to based principle good environmental governance when issue permit policies. The issues are urgency build court implementation governance. Method use is juridical normative, primary data used regulations, secondary expert opinions, articles. Data analysis qualitatively describe in descriptive analysis. Environmental will be under Administrative Court as special which comprises private, penal chamber. Implementation through permit, policies supported strengthen law enforcement. Regulations synchronized with relevant regulations order enforce enforcement gives justice. Novelty this research enforcement.
